I grew up in Springfield, Missouri and then left to attend Kansas State University where I graduated with a BA in Architecture and Design. After an 18 year career in architecture I began to pursue being a full time artist.

I enjoy creating original artwork that is bright, colorful, and full of whimsy but most importantly, functional.

I had my first one woman show in 2009 at The Creamery Art Center in Springfield, MO. then I was juried into Fresh Gallery, also in Springfield, as one of the founding members. In 2010, I was juried into Artsfest on Walnut Street and Art in the Park. I am also a member of Spiva Art Gallery in Joplin, MO. and have had several pieces of artwork displayed there.

I live with my husband and our two sons, on a blueberry farm in Monett, Missouri.
